Your responsibilities at C&A

Supporting the customer service team with daytoday business tasks and take on tasks such as complaints processing and invoicing for our platform activities
Creating gift cards for customer requests from the retail sector and support our activities with the aim of providing our customers with a pleasant shopping experience
If necessary, you support our project work and contribute your ideas to the continuous process improvement of the daily business

What we expect from you

Studies in the field of communication or German language
Affinity for ecommerce processes, personal experience and enjoyment of online shopping
Interested in the area of customer service
Working independently and on your own responsibility, you are curious and enjoy finding the best solution for our customers
Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools and good language skills in English and German
