Your mission:

Function integration and safety

System DVP

Design Validation Plan (for module and pack)
Battery development process
Further development of the product strategy
Coordination of technical service
Selection/design of components
Thermal management
Requirement and system engineering
Battery benchmarks

Your profile:

Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences
At least 3 years of experience in battery development, especially HVbatteries
Experience in method development for virtual validation
Very good language skills in English and German
Structured, autonomous and goaloriented working method
Strong communication skills with customer orientation and team spirit
Strong analytical and structuring skills as well as reliable decisionmaking
Ability to think "outside the box" and an innovative approach to challenges.
