About Glückspilze
Glückspilze Therapy Center was founded in Ratingen, Germany, in July 2013. We provide ABA/VB services for children with a diagnosis of ASD through intensive and comprehensive 1:1 Therapy.
In January 2020, we opened a second location in Berlin, for which we now have a vacancy for a supervisor.
Currently, 56 children and young people receive ABA/VB therapy in our therapy centers. Our goal is that every child will reach their fullest potential and be best possibly integrated within their community.We believe that every child is unique, and we strive to keep the individual talents, interests, and needs of all our clients at the heart of their learning.
About the Position
Your responsibilities would include:
- Performing regular assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, Essential for Living)
- Writing comprehensive learning programs based on ABA/VB
- Regularly analyzing data and using data to make informed decisions
- Writing reports and written documentation of the learning programs
- Consultation for parents, schools, preschools, other therapists
- Writing development reports
- Meeting with necessary Bureaus and Authorities
- Continuous supervision of therapists
- Developing workshops and training opportunities for Therapists

Requirements:
- Team leadership: 3 years (preferred)
- BCBA/BCaBA certification
- To be professional, openminded, committed, and dedicated
- To work well with an interdisciplinary team
