**These challenges await you: - Identify and evaluate megatrends in UX/UI

  • Create a longterm future vision for the Mercedes-Benz User Experience
  • Define a holistic UI architecture for future car platforms
  • Create UX concepts for new and current use cases to implement your vision
  • Create engaging, interactive prototypes of your ideas
  • Evaluate the UX from a user centered perspective

Qualifikationen:

**What you bring to the table: - Successfully completed studies in HCI, UX design, computer science, human factors, or similar

  • At least 3 years of experience in UX for automotive or comparable field
  • Process driven with strong interaction design skills, careful attention to detail and a deep understanding of user
centered design principles

  • Ability to define the complex UX/UI problems and convey solutions in the form of wireframes, high fidelity mockups,
presentations, click-through prototypes and concept specifications

  • Experience in working in an agile environment
  • Experience with methods like design thinking, design sprints
**Personal skills: **- Team player and able to deal with conflict

  • Strategic and innovative thinking
  • Strong target orientation with a high degree of initiative and motivation
  • High affinity for all kinds of user interfaces
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive mobility of the future
  • Willingness to embrace intercultural cooperation
  • International experience / intercultural experience desirable
  • Fluent in English and German
