Our client, a global telecommunication company, is recruiting a

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a high-performance team environment that enables employees to reach their full potential
Efficiently coordinate costs and budgets and prepare associated reports
Coordinate maintenance processes and change initiatives of the sites
Managing and directing existing and new subcontractors
Management of Occupational, Health & Safety (OHS) requirements
Develop and prepare all required reports for the coordination with the Head of Operations

Requirements:

Degree or Technical Education in the field of Civil Engineering, Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or similar 5+ years of professional experience in the mobile communications/telecommunications industry (focus: rollout and/or operation of sites) 2+ years of disciplinary management experience
Advanced experience with health and safety regulations related to the construction of passive infrastructure (and telecommunications)
Ability to build good relationships with tenants, property owners, contractors, vendors and own employees
User knowledge with MS-Office required
Oracle/ Salesforce knowledge are an advantage
German and English fluent (written and spoken)
