We are looking for an Associate to support the CEO office in strategy development, fundraising, internal organization & investor relations.

Directly reporting to the management and CEO you will bring the development of LivAir to a completely new level.

The European Innovation Council, Europe's flagship innovation programme, has selected 65 start-ups and SMEs to be funded with €363 million EUR in total for their game-changing solutions.

We at "LivAir" are one of the 8 German startups that received the funding. The EU has dubbed our project a "revolution" in the digitalization of the largest asset class. Through our intelligent IAQ system, we enable the transformation to sustainable and at the same time healthy buildings. We are a fast growing proptech scale-up, come join our team.

Tasks

  • You will work closely with the CEO / CFO on various projects such as international market strategies, business developement, monetization strategies, etc.
  • In the context of investor relations, you will be responsible for board presentations and KPI measurements
  • In addition, you will support with commercial and financial due diligences of new investment
- and M&A targets as well as market screening and competition analysis

  • You will also prepare adhoc financial analyses and financial models for fundraising processes, subsidiaries, and internal meetings

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, private equity, auditing, startup / entrepreneurship or venture capital
  • You have successfully completed your business studies with a strong academic record
  • You are quick on the uptake, have a high willingness to learn and are very interested in personal and professional development
  • You work precisely and conscientiously
  • You have very good MS Office skills (esp. excel)
  • You have an entrepreneurial thinking as well as a handson and doer mentality
  • Optional: experience in B2B technology industry in a similar role as well as in incorporation of companies and its legal challenges
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
