We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist International to support our international business units in developing and implementing efficient recruitment processes.

You will work closely with our Group Recruiting Specialist DACH to establish a global recruitment strategy for the whole Rhenus Group.

Our main goal is to assist our HR colleagues in the decentralized organizations in recruiting top talent. We act as a knowledge center by providing consultation and enabling our colleagues to conduct effective recruitment operations.


What you can expect:


  • Your focus will be our global recruitment strategy operative recruitment is done by the HR colleagues in our decentralized organizations.
  • You will establish an international channel strategy for targetgroup oriented recruitment, including the evaluation and negotiation of efficient framework contracts for multiposters, ad campaign providers and specialist platforms.
  • You will work closely with HR colleagues from decentralized organizations to implement and optimize successful recruitment processes and tools, here are some examples:
  • Performance evaluation and optimization of job campaign providers like indeed
  • Activities on global social platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Rollout of a global employee referral program in collaboration with local human resources managers

What you bring:


  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or carry any comparable qualification
  • You have profound work experience in the field of human resources
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, tools and channels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • As an emphatic and communicative personality, it is easy for you to make contacts and build trusting personal relationships
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
