About your future role

You are responsible for building and running the performance management and reporting capabilities of the
Credit Risk department (for both internal and external reporting purposes).

You are taking the lead in developing the team and together with the team you enhance our reporting capabilities across the board.

In this position you will be reporting to the Head of Credit Risk.
This is a German and English speaking role.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in Credit Risk
Establish state-of-the-art risk metrics and data analytics approach for Nets / Nexi Group purposes
Develop and improve metrics and dashboards
Produce management reports
Support credit risk team by producing ad-hoc and monthly reports
Working with technology teams, implement central data pools and establish data feeds from various sources into defined reports
Qualifications:

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

Completed university degree or equivalent
Relevant professional experience in Credit Risk domain and, ideally, financial services sector
Demonstrable team-lead experience
Good understanding of cashless sector/ payment systems/ credit cards
Able to work in German and in English, written and oral
Reliable knowledge of the MS Office packageAdditional Information
