We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter - f/m/d to join our profitable, remote-first B2B SaaS company.


Your role:


  • Growth: you successfully grow our tech team with us
  • Creative Sourcing Techniques: Together with us, you create unique recruiting plans for each vacancy, ranging from active sourcing to ad campaigns with GOhiring
  • Analytics for hiring: By using analytics, you help us analyze and continually improve our hiring procedures

Your profile:


  • Your heart beats for innovation, technology, and Talent Acquisition
  • Completed studies (e.g. psychology or economics with focus on "human resources")
  • Professional hiring and active sourcing experience for technical profiles like Ruby or SQL developers
  • Fluent in English
