This position will be located at our facilities in Putzbrunn or Feldkirchen, Germany or Livingston, United Kingdom with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets and business case for resource requirements
Oversee the Supply Chain project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic Supply Chain objectives and shared Operating Company goals. Conduct regular portfolio assessments and prioritize initiatives based on business value
Collaborate with Operating Company and Supply Chain leadership team to align projects and portfolios with the organization's strategic goals and provide recommendations for optimizing Supply Chain portfolio

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering)
10+ years proven experience as Project and Portfolio Manager
Positive track record in formal people leadership ideally with a globally dispersed team
Indepth knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio management principles
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Desired Qualifications:

Professional certificate preferred like PMP, CSM, Prince2 etc.
