WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Planning of various Production processes within the scope of capacitor manufacturing (e.g. automated 2K potting of capacitors, plasma processes, resistance soldering and welding, metallization of foils or their equivalent)
Quality assurance in the production process
Planning of the material flow of the different batch productions
Preparation of machine specifications as well as the corresponding process development
Participation in "simultaneous engineering" rounds
Initiation as well as implementation of process improvements

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Successfully completed university studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar
Several years of professional experience in the field of capacitor manufacturing or a very closely related technology (DC link capacitors / Printed Circuit Board (PCB))
Extensive knowledge in lean management
Good written and spoken German and English
Enjoy working in international project teams
High flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies
Intercultural competence and experience
Willingness to travel internationally (Europe & North America)
