Your Tasks

  • Support colleagues in the department with all administrative tasks, partly projectrelated.
  • Administrative support in compiling prequalifications and consultancy offers in accordance with donor guidelines.
  • Formatting consultancy offers, progress reports, and CVs of technical experts in various languages.
  • Contact with international partners and technical experts.
  • Scheduling and correspondence in various languages.
  • Maintenance and administration of departmentrelevant databases and reference materials.
  • Organization of workshops, department events, etc.
  • Support with travel organization/preparation (flight bookings, hotel bookings, visa procurement, etc.).

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US:


Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or vocational education, preferably in the field of Euro-Management Assistance, Foreign Language Correspondent or any similar education.
  • Initial practical professional experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing. Additional skills in Spanish and/or French are appreciated.
  • Very good IT user knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in formatting and layout of written products.
  • Independent, careful, and structured way of working.
  • Organizational talent and quick comprehension.
  • Teamwork and service orientation.
