The Leibniz-Institut SAFE is seeking to fill the position of a

Student Assistant (M/F/d) in the Area of Law & Finance

The Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE - Sustainable Architecture for Finance in Europe - () in Frankfurt promotes high-quality research and independent policy advice on all aspects dealing with the structure and functioning of the financial system.

It is committed to contributing to the strengthening of a sustainable and resilient financial architecture that promotes innovation and serves the needs of the economy and its citizens.

Researchers from the fields of economics, law, and political science collaborate at SAFE.


Your tasks:


  • Literature research and sourcing
  • Data collection
  • Supervision and proofreading of manuscripts

Your profile:


  • Studies in law or economics, enrolled in state examination studies, or Bachelor's or Master's program
  • Interest in interdisciplinary research on corporate governance and financial market regulation, in particular in regard to the realization of sustainability goals
  • Good German and English proficiency

The position is for 6 months from starting point, on average 40 hours per month, the temporal distribution of working hours is negotiable.
