Anti-Financial-Crime Technology provides the tools required by the AFC function.

AFC is responsible for defining, maintaining, and enforcing an effective risk management framework to reduce the risk that Deutsche Bank may be used to facilitate financial crime.

Its role includes setting minimum standards and monitoring adherence to those standards, as well as defining and implementing controls that align with Deutsche Bank's global legal requirements.

As our new Scrum Master, you will be coaching the teams developing AFCs products in agile processes and mindset. You will be facilitating agile processes and actively address team impediments.

Your key responsibilities

  • Exhibit the behaviours of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset.
  • Facilitate the team's progress toward team goals by actively addressing team impediments.
  • Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions, ultimately building a driven, highperforming team.
  • Keep the status and progress of objectives, features up to date in JIRA and maintain Risk and Issue logs.
  • By working with senior stakeholders, change mindsets and improve agility of overall organization.

Your skills and experiences

  • Experience of working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP or SAFe, as well as a sound understanding of DevOps practices.
  • Ability to create and manage metrics like burndown, burnup, velocity, feature lead time, predictability.
  • Effectively facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Experience using project management tools, preferably JIRA.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
