What can you expect?
You will need to build a team to deliver all portfolio of projects for the execution of capital projects for our company
You ensure a smooth and seamless handover between the development team and project execution team and then between project execution teams and production teams
You review on a frequent basis how to improve, optimize and recover individual or integrated project schedules, cost estimates and reporting
You design and execute appropriate execution strategies for different projects under the integrated projects umbrella
You will be responsible for all change management and risk management
You will take care of governance of project execution activities across all projects and develop and monitor key Project Execution KPI's

What should you bring along?
You have already worked in similar positions in the field of plant or power plant construction, ideally in the construction of chemical plants, oil and gas industry, mining or comparable, and have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in project execution
You have a degree in engineering, for example in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering or similar
You are an experienced leader who develops the strategic foundations and project execution standards for your team and ensures that the team members can deliver their top performance
You are a professional in the areas of project management of large scale technical plants, large EPC and
EPCM projects, in stakeholder management, procurement and contract design
You bring fluent English skills
