WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Scope of the Job:
As Training Associate (human), you will educate, train and assess highly professional safety drivers and teleoperators, end to end, from classroom to test track to PC.
In addition, you will work closely together with other departments across the company, ensuring that their needs are heard and implemented accordingly.
You are accountable for establishing the highest training standard in the safety drivers and teleoperators team. You act as a role model in safe operations on the test track and customer sites.Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Execute theoretical and practical training in headquarters in Munich, our Test Track and other EU locations.
- Assist our Head of Training with the endtoend training process in our Training Academy.
- Continuously identify and monitor training needs and communicate with crossfunctional stakeholders to meet these expectations.
- Ensure Training materials and resources are in place and shared with the trainees.
- Act as teleoperators and safety drivers from time to time during operations to keep foot on the ground and hold yourself accountable to what you train.
- Travel to customers' premises and execute requested training onsite.
- Daily driving activity as a safety driver or teleoperator is a mandatory part of the role.
- Work independently and proactively to achieve quarterly departmentrelated OKRs.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Proven work experience in facilitating theoretical and practical trainings.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training processes, ideally in vehicle related trainings.
- Excellent team player who builds trust in the team and earns the respect.
- Wellstructured problemsolving approach and ability to navigate through complex and chaotic situations with a cool head.
- Very strong safety mindset and deep computer skills.
- Several years of driving experience with CE driver's license.
- Driver's license teacher qualification, class CE is a plus but not necessary.
