Our customer, one of the markets leading online travel services is recruiting people to support the business in the fast-growing online travel booking markets.

The support location is looking for Hebrew speaking Customer Service Agents (M/F/d) to join our dynamic, pleasant and international work environment.

As a CSA you will act as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations by handling a variety of inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:

Delivering high level of customer service;
Actively participate in various projects within the department;
Promote the online travel culture within your colleagues.
Has excellent communication and problem solving skills;
Takes responsibility and ownership;
Is passionate about helping customers;
Fluent in both, written and spoken English and Hebrew;
Available Fulltime and flexible in work schedule.

Must possess valid EU-working visa and can start with very short notice in Berlin.
