Responsibilities:

Strategic new and further development of our manufacturing technologies and process techniques

Testing and optimization of methods, techniques, materials, tools and other operating and testing equipment for the production of seals made of elastomers or PTFE and other materials

Process engineering planning and implementation of new or optimization of existing production plants

Drawing up production and process engineering requirement profiles for production plants and machines e.g. specifications) as well as analyses, feasibility and profitability studies

Planning, implementing and modifying new and existing production concepts and technologies and further developing process technologies in cooperation with the product development department

Implementing new machines and systems and transferring them to production

Transferring new articles as well as manufacturing and testing processes from the prototype, sample or trial stage to series production

Qualifications:
Successfully completed technical studies, primarily in mechanical engineering, plastics technology or materials technology

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

Ideally knowledge in the field of sealing technology and/or PTFE or rubber processing industry

Independent and strategic way of working

Very good German and English language skills

Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers

Willingness to travel within Europe, sometimes worldwide
