REQUIREMENTS

Educational background

  • University Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Professional skills /Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in international sw projects
  • Extensive experience in agile software development methods, SCRUM, Kanban
  • Knowledge of visual SW/ALM Management tools: e.g. Kanban, Polarion, JIRA, Miro
  • Knowledge of OOP languages (e.g. C#, C++)
  • Experienced in SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
  • Indepth knowledge of relational databases and data base schema design (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
  • Knowledge of automated unit and integration test tools and frameworks
  • Analytical mind with problemsolving aptitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience of solutions that interface with dedicated HW or peripherals (cameras, printers etc)
  • Knowledge of industrial interface technologies
  • REST interface design (JSON contracts)
  • Event Driven Paradigms (messages brokers / publish subscribe, MQTT, Kafka, etc)

Softs-Skills

  • Strong influencing skills: Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on key initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory; German definite plus)
  • Resultoriented, "handson" and pragmatic mentality

Tasks / Responsibilities:


  • Proficiency in Software Architecture and SDLC.
  • Proficiency in SOLID Principles and Design Patterns.
  • Customer requirement analysis and implementation.
  • Providing technical solution & guidance to the team.
  • Development and implementation of Software components, interfaces for Track & Trace projects and line management systems as well as other control systems.
  • Collaboration on design specification for new workflows and product enhancements.
  • Implementation of development requirements in compliance with the processes and procedures defined in the Laetus Management system.
  • Collaboration on customer projects, including FAT & SAT support.
  • Collaboration with Laetus sales team and customer for proposing an optimal solution based on product capabilities and customer needs
