Senior Research Scientist (f/m/d)

Cell Therapy | Immuno-oncology

Full-time and permanent

to support the development of iPSC-derived immune cells in the field of immuno-oncology.

Your key responsibilities:

Establish a scalable, GMPcompatible iPSCbased differentiation process immune cells suitable for cell therapy
Present research data and provide technical and scientific support across different internal and external research projects
Lead a team of scientists and research assistants in their daytoday activities and support them in the development of new skills
Manage quality assurance and timely delivery of data
Analyze data and present research findings to our internal and external partners
Maintain a cuttingedge awareness of technical developments and scientific knowledge in the stem cell and immunooncology fields
Contribute to and lead collaborative initiatives actively and liaise with external scientists

Your ideal qualifications:

D. in Life Sciences or similar with substantial hands-on experience in human pluripotent stem cell culture and differentiation of immune cells

Profound knowledge with substantial handson experience in flow cytometric characterization and purification
Several years of experience as a projectleader in an industrial environment
Experience in managing, mentoring, and leading a team
Ability to interact with internal and external partners within an interdisciplinary setup
Highly selfmotivated and competent to significantly contribute to important research projects
High degree of initiative and flexibility, with the ability to deliver results under challenging timelines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, collaborators, and customers
Willingness to travel internally in Germany (up to 1015%), depending on project progress
Excellent command of the English language
