Tasks & responsibilities
Operations
- You will work directly alongside the CEO to continue building the company's vision, mission and culture while driving the development of longterm business plans and strategies
- You will be responsible for people management and HR topics
- You will be responsible for investor relations, business planning and financials (quarterly reports to the shareholders and supervisory board, annual publications)
- You will be responsible for the PR and marketing department and will think about concepts, initiate processes and promote tectrex' public appearance. You will also partly implement this and represent tectrex on events
- You will structure the cooperation with external partners, service providers and customers, strategically implementing the main corporate objectives
- You will prepare and execute real estate transactions in cooperation with the CEO (focus on sales) and the operational transaction project manager
- You will be responsible for the development of the legal structure of tectrex' transactions, managing all processes together with the external lawyer team
Your Profile
- A master's degree in the relevant study of Finance, Business, Strategy or Banking
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the area of corporate finance
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a strong analytical mind and great affinity with working with numbers required
- Leadership skills and the ability to quickly adapt in changing environments
- Team effort and good team fit
- Reliability and a high work ethic are essential
- Fluent in English and German
- Flexibility, commitment and curiosity round off your profile
