Main objectives of the role:

As a Junior Recruiter at HOLOPLOT, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and contributing to our ambitious growth plans Working closely with the People and leadership teams, you will help the growth and success of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent.

Your role and responsibilities:

Responsibility for the recruiting process, from defining and drafting the job description to the onboarding of new employees.
Strategic as well as operative recruiting.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Further development and continuous improvement of recruiting processes and employer branding.
Selection, management and close exchange with external service providers such as headhunters and agencies for leasing staff.
Constant KPI analysis and identification of measures for improvement.
Supporting the HR team in daytoday operations and projects.

What you need to succeed in this role:

Degree in a relevant field of study, e.g. business administration, human resources, psychology or in the technical field
Exceptional communication and great negotiation skills
Passion for recruiting and recruiting trends
Relevant and uptodate active sourcing knowhow
Experience with recruiting and hiring leasing professionals is an advantage
Enthusiastic and professional appearance internally and externally
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fine feeling and reliable methodology for recognising motivation and needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a big plus.
