    Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Wundversorgung suchen wir im Rahmen unserer weiteren strategischen Ausrichtung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Hamburg eine/n Digital Marketing Manager:in. Sie berichten direkt an den Head of Marketing Wound & Skin Care Region DACH.

    Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten sind:

    • Entwicklung von kanal- und medienübergreifender Kommunikationskampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Schnittstellen (z.B. Produktmanagement) mit dem Ziel der Lead- und Kundengenerierung
    • Planung, Durchführung, Messung und Optimierung von Online-Kampagnen im Rahmen der gesamten Kampagnenstrategie (z.B. product launches)
    • Analyse und Bewertung definierter KPIs aller Online-Marketingmaßnahmen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungs­maßnahmen
    • Auswertung, Pflege und Aufbau weiterer Bereiche für unsere lokalen Websites inkl. Usability-Steigerung in inhaltlicher Absprache mit den Fachbereichen
    • Suchmaschinenoptimierung, Suchmaschinenwerbung, Display- und Bannerwerbung, Content-, E-Mail-, Newsletter- und Social-Media-Marketing.
    • Schnittstellenoptimierung in Bezug auf CRM Management und Aufbereitung vertriebsrelevanter Kundendaten.
    • Verantwortung der Media- und Budgetplanung der digitalen Kanäle sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister

    Ihre persönlichen und fachlichen Voraussetzungen sind:

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Online-) Marketing oder Kommunikation
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im digitalen bzw. Online-Marketing
    • Hohe Leidenschaft für die zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikation im digitalen Bereich und in sozialen Medien
    • Erfahrung und Wissen im Online-Advertising, in der Kampagnen-Kreation und in der Pflege und Optimierung von Google & Meta Ads
    • Erfahrung und Wissen im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing, CRM und CMS sind von Vorteil
    • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Markenbildung und Trends
    • Teamplayer mit hohem Drive sowie ausgeprägter Hands On Mentalität
    • Begeisterungsfähigkeit für neue Ideen sowie Mut, Dinge auch mal anders anzugehen
    • Zielorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent zählen zu Ihren Stärken
    • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
    • Neben sehr guten Deutsch-Kenntnissen in Wort und Schrift zusätzlich gute Französisch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
