Job Summary:

_A globally known PERE firm headquartered in London with $13 billion invested across major real estate asset classes is seeking a Finance Director in Berlin, Germany._

The Duties:

Provide daytoday financial support/operations for the Asset Management Team
Monthend and yearend closing process including preparation of partnership/investor distributions, financial statements, reconciliation, journal entries, management reports and cash flow analysis.
Manage and process the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Ensure all tenant and property information is set up properly
Liquidity Planning and property management fee calculation
Oversee the annual budget process working with property management and providing accounting assistance to finalise the budgets to present to owners
Manage and calculate CAM estimates and yearend reconciliations process
Loan compliance reporting
Actively managing third parties
Manage new acquisitions onboarding including preparing opening entries
Sales tax calculation
Work with outside service providers

Your Qualifications:

Native German and Fluent English speaking skills
10 plus years of controlling or accounting experience
Strong experience in Tax, liquidity planning, and management
Experience in the German Real Estate Market
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
Good working knowledge of Excel
Well organised and good communication skills
Exercise a high degree of initiative, independent judgement, and problemsolving skills with a collaborative approach
