Your tasks:

You engage with applicants using internal and external platforms, active sourcing, and networking, captivating them for our company.
As a point of contact for HR service providers, you coordinate our temporary work agencies.
Development and coordination of QIMA Germany's training offerings, including the management of the internal Learning Management System and our internal L&D presence on various platforms.
Point of contact for our employees on all matters relating to training content and training offerings, providing peerlevel advice.
Development and implementation of innovative, employeecentered, and performanceenhancing approaches and measures on topics like talent management, including retention, succession planning, career paths, and management development.
Design, execution, and moderation of tailored workshops and team development measures within the framework of reorganizations and change initiatives.

Job Requirements:

You have completed a degree in Business Administration (BWL) or Psychology or have a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in Recruiting and Learning & Development, or in management consulting or a similar environment.
Experience in project management and strong analytical skills.
Proficient in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) and MS SharePoint is a given for you.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
