We are looking for you We are currently hiring a forward-thinking, dynamic and results-oriented working student or intern to join the newly created Product Governance & Initiatives team (f/m/d).

This position will be based in either of our Frankfurt or Munich offices. Hybrid working in line with company guidelines is already a reality at Allianz Global Investors.

Within this exciting global role you will contribute to build out the newly created Product Governance & Initiatives team which is responsible for driving effective governance across all product ranges, implementing a pricing framework that meets regulatory and strategic requirements and prioritizing product initiatives.

The use of technology, for instance to improve the way we work and assess the impact of regulatory changes on product range, will be key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment strategies capacity management process: drive requirements with regard to calculation, data flows as well as output reports; analyse and align the requirements within the internal teams; design and automate processes and data flows.
Pricing framework for investment strategies and vehicles: support data gathering and analysis (review ofexisting products as well as competitors' product review/benchmarking through the use of external databases) and process automation.
Data strategy for Products: proactively identify and drive potentials for improving data foundation and processes.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

Currently enrolled in university studies with a business/analytical focus such as Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar.
Good capital market knowledge and understanding of characteristics about typical investment vehicles is a plus.
Proven strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
Experience in data analysis, preferably with relational databases (SQL, PowerBI).
Keen interest to contribute to automation efforts of data generation & reporting.
Proficiency in English required, further languages would be highly beneficial.
