Flatiron Health is looking for a Team Assistant who is passionate about the potential for real-world evidence (RWE) to accelerate the fight against cancer in Europe.

What You'll Do
In this role you will support both senior leaders and the People Ops team.

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to senior leaders
  • Provide administrative support to 2 or more of our senior leaders
  • Manage communications and scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, expense report management
  • Handle confidential and nonroutine information and facilitate communication between the appropriate internal departments
  • Proactively consider and organize important deadlines, meetings, and necessary follow up
  • Work with assigned Executives to perform an assessment of their organization and fill gaps as needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the Berlin Flatiron office.
  • Manage & maintain Flatiron's daily visitor list
  • Answer & screen the Flatiron HQ general inquiries telephone line
  • Work with Office Ops to help maintain workplace security by following procedures; monitoring visitor log; issuing visitor badges.
  • Own Office Ops related projects and events as assigned

Who you are

  • 12+ years experience in an administrative support role
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet, change or adapt to any ambiguous situation and make onthespot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Experience with calendaring for multiple leaders, associates, or teams with Google Apps/Drive
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in highpressure situations
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond
  • Mature, logical, strategic, polished, nuanced, quicklearner
  • Passionate about our mission and the opportunity to work in a toptier startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree
