Tasks

Build and optimize the recruiting funnel and work closely together with hiring managers internationally to act as their trusted advisor
Define and implement sourcing strategies for different channels (social media, job fairs, reverse recruiting, direct search, etc.) including talent pipelining
Improve continuously our recruiting processes, tools and policies by bringing in new ideas

Requirements:

You have min. 2 years of experience of direct talent sourcing and recruitment experience;
You're fluent in German and English
You can easily translate business needs into hiring needs and connect the dots
You're social, love to think outof the box and thrives in a scaleup environment
