Your Tasks:

You are passionate about biological skin research and interested to translate newest scientific findings into consumer-oriented skin care products? Then join our Facial Skin Biology lab team and work with us on identifying new ingredients and trends in skin care

In this role, you will design and plan research projects and volunteer studies to support the development of new, sciencebased skin care product concepts and claims.
You will provide scientific and experimental supervision to laboratory staff, engineers, doctoral and master's students, and help them learn new technologies.
Additionally, you will establish contacts with external partners, manage them, and bring in the latest developments in skin care and cuttingedge technologies.
Crossfunctional collaboration and communication are essential, and you'll present your results enthusiastically to the target audience.

This position is for career starters (initially) for two years on a temporary basis.

Your Profile:

PhD in biology, biochemistry, or related field with a strong background in cell biology, molecular biology and/or biochemistry
Excellent and profound scientific knowledge as well as handson experimental experience in background fields (preferred in primary cell cultivation, skin models, cell imaging, immunohistology, immunoassays, protein detection methods, omics technologies)
You should be highly motivated and possess a strong scientific creativity.
Experience in project management and in scientific guidance of employees is a plus.
Fluency in both
German and English is expected.
You are characterized by strong analytical & organizational skills, and a problemsolving mindset.
Excellent communication skills, teamplayer mentality and target grouporiented presentation skills are required.
