- Sie sind verantwortlich für globale Projekte zur Betriebsoptimierung. Hierfür besuchen Sie die Produktionsstandorte und leiten die Projekte mit einem Fokus auf technischer Optimierung an.
- Dabei setzen Sie Ihre fundierten und breiten Kenntnisse der Betriebs- und Verfahrenstechnik ein und erweitern Ihr Prozessund Methodenwissen kontinuierlich.
- Des Weiteren beraten Sie Produktions- und Infrastrukturbetriebe in der gesamten Bandbreite der BASF und in allen Regionen.
- Zudem entwickeln Sie Verfahrenstechnische Methoden und Konzepte weiter und helfen Betrieben, diese sinnvoll einzusetzen.
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik oder der technischen Chemie
- fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Verfahrensentwicklung, und bei Inbetriebnahme und dem Betrieb von Produktionsanlagen

Wir sind die globale Inhouse Managementberatung der BASF. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf strategischen Projekten, mit denen wir wirkungsvoll Veränderungsprozesse vorantreiben. Dabei reicht unser Themenspektrum von Wachstums-, Organisationsentwicklungs- und Effizienzprojekten bis hin zu Akquisitionen und Devestitionen. Wir leben einen starken Teamspirit und fördern aktiv die Karriereentwicklung innerhalb der BASF.
AUFGABEN
In unserer Einheit unterstützen wir die Produktion zur Verbesserung ihrer Leistung. Dazu analysieren wir die bestehenden verfahrenstechnischen Prozesse und erarbeiten gemeinsam mit unseren Produktionsbetrieben, Technologieeinheiten und Fachstellen Lösungen. Bspw. zur Prozessstabilisierung, für das Debottlenecking, für die Senkung des Energie- und Rohstoffverbrauchs oder zur Steigerung der Qualität. Zudem erstellen wir umfassende Analysen und Roadmaps für die technische Weiterentwicklung von Betrieben und Standorten. Darin berücksichtigen wir die erwartete künftige Marktentwicklung und sich verändernde Randbedingungen (z.B. Grenzwerte, Gesetzgebung).
