After growing more than 3x over the last year, we are looking for a Working Student Growth Analytics (f/m/d; flexible semi-remote; 20 hours weekly).

In this role you will face challenging, technical tasks across business functions and gain insight into the development and innovation processes of a fast-growing technology company.

Your profile:

Experience in data analysis especially with advanced Microsoft Excel
Good analytical skills and a desire to work with great precision
Growth mindset, you own challenges and projects and are willing to go one step further than expected
You have excellent English language skills
Teamwork and flexibility complete your profile

What we offer?:

This position offers you an insight into several fastly growing industries (eCommerce & AI) in general and understanding the data side of a B2B SaaS company in particular.

As a team member of the growth team, you will assist our growth manager with analytical and technical tasks across different sides of the business.

Your tasks:

Support on entering, analyzing and monitoring our data
Monitoring our CRM system
Supporting Growth Manager in other Growth related technical tasks (integrating data tracking, collecting the data.)
Assisting in the creation of data visualizations for internal as well as for external reports and presentations

Remember:
we'll be giving you plenty of guidance, support, and higher-level objectives, but we don't micro-manage. We'll set goals together, but we trust you to figure out the best ways to achieve them
