The team for Product Lifecycle Management and Innovation (PLM&I) drives Innovation, modern Product & Portfolio Mgmt., modern R&D & Engineering and digitalization topics.

The aim of the workstream is to establish significantly faster innovation and learning cycles, to make customer value a top priority right from the start, and to boldly invest in new growth opportunities.


A focus topic is Learning, where we are caring about improving both the orgainzational maturity in R&D, engineering, product management and agility.

This is done through Community Learning events, (virtual) Instructor Led Learning Programs, as well as specific and general e-learning offerings.

As a Senior Expert Learning and Community Management, you (co-)manage knowledge transfer and competence development on a global level.


What part will you play?

  • Exciting tasks
  • For our internal customers you create blended and digital learning content (any kind of knowledge transfer like e.g. community learning, elearning, hybrid concepts, gamebased learning). You will proactively design, produce and implement target groupspecific analog & digital learning and training concepts for software, engineering, agility and innovation topics.
  • You lead and are responsible for all project phases in the creation and updating of learning opportunities. This includes, among other things, conception and development of content, planning of the project and stakeholder management. In addition, you will further develop media production such as elearnings, podcasts, video productions and gamification approach or manage external partners.
  • You are responsible for global community building, management and development to foster continuous learning in the field of PLM&I.
  • Working in a team
  • In the team with other learning experts you are responsible for the further development and didactic assurance of the quality of new and existing learning offers. You drive future learning, sustainable knowledge transfer and achievement of learning goals.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • You have a Bachelor Degree, e.g. in Media Informatics, Educational Psychology, Economics with focus on Corporate Learning or technical degree with enthusiasm for learning and community management.
  • You have many years (>5 years) of experience in Learning & Competency Development.
  • You have gained experiences with best practices in interactive digital learning formats and blended learning in consideration of the current stateoftheart of didactic approaches, methods and media.
  • Overall, it is important that you have a passion for learning and knowledge transfer and are able to present complex topics in an understandable and appealing way.
  • You are passionate about the latest industrial technology and like to work with the global tech community.
  • You have enthusiasm for innovation, software and new ways of working.
  • You convince with your handson experience in agility, Product Lifecycle Management, software, R&D and/or Innovation.
  • You are characterised by an independent and pragmatic way of working, commitment and a high degree of organisational talent.
  • You are excellent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
