- Act as an expert in clinical microbiology, showcasing a profound grasp of laboratory procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Work closely with the sales team to assist with pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer training.
- Deliver on-site or remote training to laboratory staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of microbiology diagnostic instruments.
- Help customers in configuring and optimizing laboratory workflows for efficient and precise microbiology testing.
- Execute product installations, validations, and performance checks at customer sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of clinical microbiology principles, techniques, and laboratory practices.
- Prior experience in a clinical microbiology lab, preferably with hands-on exposure to microbiology diagnostic instruments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Background in IVD-Industry application support.
- Familiarity with lab IT environment.
