Assistant to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (Job sharing - Part-Time 50%):
in Bonn**:

The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year. There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.
As Assistant to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, you will be responsible for organizing the secretariat and ensuring a smooth exchange of information at board level and within the marketing department.

Your responsibilities:

Management of the office of the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer including scheduling
Organizational and administrative preparation and followup of appointments and events
Organization of the cooperation of the marketing management team
Participation in marketing projects
Preparation of letters, presentations, minutes and other documents
Your profile:
Commercial training and several years of professional experience in a similar position
Strong ability to cooperate and flexibility
High degree of reliability, accuracy and organizational skills
Confident, professional and friendly appearance
Independent and systematic way of working
Sound knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Power Point and Excel
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
