Out Of Line Music ist ein unabhängiges Berliner Record Label, das Künstlern verschiedenster Musikrichtungen eine Plattform für die digitale wie auch physische Vermarktung ihrer Musik bietet. Seit einigen Jahren konzentriert sich das Label nun vermehrt auf Metal(core), Modern Rock und Alternative Genres wie Emo, Post-Hardcore und Alt-Rock, und hat mittlerweile mit Bands wie Being As An Ocean, Cane Hill, ten56., Novelists und True North ein umfassendes Roster zu verzeichnen.

Da wir unseren Online Shop massiv ausbauen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt erfahrene Unterstützung im Bereich E-Commerce & Mailorder im Modern Rock, Metal & Alternative Department. Wir sind ein kleines, familiäres Team mit flachen Hierarchien und bieten Dir einen aktiven, abwechslungsreichen Job in der Musikbranche in unserem Head Office im Südosten Berlins.

**Aufgaben**:

- Einkauf neuer Ware & Anlage derer in unserem Online Shop
- Betreuung & Optimierung unseres Online Shops
- Bearbeitung & Abwicklung von Bestellungen
- Eigenständige Recherche neuer, zum Label passender Bands & Produkte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt
- und Labelmanagement bei der Planung & Koordinierung neuer Produkte, deren pünktlicher Herstellung sowie Versand an Vertrieb, Kunden & Bands
- Warenannahme & Inventur sowie Verpackung & Versand
- Vorbereitung, Verpackung & Verkauf von Tour
- & Festival Waren
- Begleitung auf Touren & Festivals

**Was Du mitbringen solltest**:

- Du bist ein absoluter Musik Freak, bist selbst aktiv & vernetzt in der modernen Rock & Metal Szene, gehst regelmäßig auf Konzerte, und bist immer up-to-date was national & international gerade in der Szene los ist
- Erfahrung in der Musikbranche und/ oder E-Commerce von Vorteil
- Verlässlichkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität
- Selbstständiges und pro-aktives Arbeiten sowie gute Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutsch & englisch
- Kenntnisse in gängigen Office/ Google Anwendungen (u.a. Excel)
- Belastbar & stressresistent
- Führerschein von Vorteil

Out Of Line Music is looking to appoint a motivated E-Commerce & Mailorder Specialist in for the Modern Rock, Metal & Alternative Department to coordinate and process physical purchasing and sales, warehouse logistics, maintain our online shop and plan product lines.

**Who we are & what we offer**

Out Of Line Music is an independent record label from Berlin that offers artists of various genres a platform for digital and physical distribution and marketing of their music. In recent years, the label focussed heavily on Metal(core), Modern Rock and Alternative genres like Emo, Post-Hardcore and Alt-Rock, and is now home to a comprehensive roster of artists including Being As An Ocean, Cane Hill, ten56., Novelists and True North.

As we're currently massively expanding our online shop, we're looking for experienced help for our E-Commerce & Mailorder team, specialised in the area of Modern Rock, Metal & Alternative. We are a small, amicable team with flat hierarchies and offer an active, versatile job in the music industry in our head office in the South-East of Berlin.

**Tasks**:

- Purchasing of new stock & upload of new items to our online shop
- Maintenance & optimisation of our online shop
- Processing of incoming orders
- Independent research of new, suitable bands and products for the label and shop
- Close cooperation with product and label managers in the planning and coordination of new products, their timely manufacturing as well as their shipment to distribution, customers & bands
- Accepting & storing incoming goods, inventory & stocktaking, packing & shipping of goods
- Preparation, packaging & selling of tour/ festival items
- Attending tours & festivals, preparing & selling merchandise at those events

**Who we're looking for**:

- You're an absolute music freak and active & connected in the Modern Rock & Metal scene
- You regularly attend concerts and are always up-to-date on national & international happenings in the scene
- Experience in the music industry and/or E-Commerce are a plus
- Reliability, motivation, dedication & flexibilit
