YOUR TEAM:

Our team builds up the Project Management Office for the Department of ADAS/AD Sensor and perception development for the next generation of autonomous driving systems.

You will work together with colleagues in different locations and in various departments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead our PMO Team for Sensor and Perception in the ADAS/AD development
You are responsible for and lead a team of different experts and Product/Projectmanagers in the field of Sensor and perception development for camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic and other sensors for driving assistance systems and automated driving
Establish, control and execute the reporting cadence for our top management steering boards and continuously drive forward our operational excellence
Ensure the time and cost effective completion of multiple HW/ SW projects within the solution train
You develop employees according to their individual strengths
You control and ensure product results with our internal Product owners even in difficult situations and remain stable
You maintain a close network with the individual interfaces within the VW Group

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed studies in the field of electronics, automotive engineering, computer science, mathematics, business informatics or a related field
Open mindset grounded on curiosity, thrive, handson leadership and experience in transformation
Experienced manager with proven leadership experience
You have a very good understanding of ADAS/AD functions and sensors
Experience in project leading and PMO activities
At least 7 years of experience in the areas of software development, project management in the automotive environment, or similar.
