Your Role

Assisting the Head of Internal Audit in assessing key business risks and controls and developing riskbased audit plans
Performing and delivering global audit engagements in accordance with the audit plan
Conducting special investigations as required by executive management
Testing the operating effectiveness of controls, preparing working papers and ensuring that adequate documentation is available to support the completed audit and the conclusions
Collaborating with business units to obtain approval of audit findings and actions
Based on the audit findings and conclusions, preparing audit reports that conveys insights as to the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and business processes
Providing recommendations to strengthen internal controls and to improve operations
Performing and reporting on the status of followup procedures to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations
Advising the divisions on a casebycase basis on internal control issues, compliance and assisting in the definition and implementation of groupwide regulations
Supporting change, including identifying opportunities for improvement and challenging the status quo, to improve internal audit function

About You

Professional audit, accounting, or business qualification
At least 4 years of audit experience in an international environment
Advanced IT skills and audit procedures in the field of IT security would be a plus
Experience in effective communication (across all mediums) with the ability to adapt style to engage with all levels within the organisation
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Team player with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel (50%)
Fluency in English and German (verbal and written), additionally other language skills are beneficial
