We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a
Finance Associate.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to
shape the financial landscape of our company, report directly to the managing partners for investor and financing rounds, and grow with us as we expand.


What you will be working on

  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including existing and potential VC investors.
  • Manage daytoday financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Coordination with tax advisor and assist with financial audits.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
  • Come to the office in Hamburg once a week for personal meetings and team building.
  • You speak fluent English to communicate with our international team members and customers.

What you bring along:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (students currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply).
  • Minimum level C1 of the German language is required, as you will be speaking with the Germanspeaking tax advisor, tax authorities, social insurance funds and other authorities.
  • Initially parttime position hours per week) with the target to transition to fulltime in the near future.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial software and tools beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
