Tasks

  • Responsible for effective Performance Management (Measurement) and KPI-Board Report Preparation within Group Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Coordinates and controls global reporting activities for Purchasing and SCM
  • Monitors and analyzes relevant Purchasing and SCM KPIs and prepares monthly reporting for the management
  • Supports the Executive Vice President Group Purchasing and Supply Chain Management in implementing relevant KPIs and targets (with a focus on costs, inventories and delivery performance)
  • Defines, implements and further develops Purchasing and SCM KPIs and targets, e.g. by ensuring a consistent KPI cascade at global, regional and local level, setting up meetings, tools and reports
  • Drives digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of performance management processes
  • Ensures data quality and transparency of Purchasing and SCMrelated data, especially with regards to updating and automatization of reporting
  • Ensures that countermeasures are derived in the event of performance deviations and that their progress is continuously tracked at all levels
  • Monitors and drives the implementation of OKRbased targets for Purchasing and SCM in coordination with regional OKR Masters
  • Responsible for the internal Change Management / Training of the Purchasing & SCM Organization with regards to Performance Management, providing guidance and qualification to regional and local teams
  • Coordinates and aligns closely with Financial Controlling on NORMA Group and regional levels on KPI reporting and controlling for Purchasing and SCM
  • Designs and supports the annual budget process in close collaboration with the Finance department
  • Manages and coordinates all Purchasing and SCM reporting tasks in close alignment with the NORMA Group annual report
Profile

  • Master's degree in Economics (or equivalent), or bachelor's degree with work experience
  • Practical experience within Purchasing or Supply Chain Management and / or Performance Management
  • Wellstructured way of working
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint and especially Power BI and Excel) and high affinity for IT systems
  • Good communication skills for secure communication with internal stakeholders from different locations
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German
