Our client is a €multi-billion European financial services, technology and manufacturing group. They have recently created a new specialist financial services division in the Frankfurt area with around 150 professional staff.They are now seeking to appoint an
Anti-Fraud Specialist to be based (hybrid) at their FFM location.
- Reporting to the Credit Manager and working in the Credit Team, your responsibilities will include:_
- Manage investigation of credit fraud cases in cooperation with collection & litigation team as well as underwriting and sales & marketing
- Periodically arrange experience sharing and training with the underwriting team in order to prevent future fraud
- Use internal instruments for the analysis and census of frauds
- Write reports on the cases analysed, according to internal guidelines
- Ensure that analysis is delivered ontime, according to internal procedures
- Where necessary, provide assistance in handling complaints from customers who were victims of fraud
- To succeed in this exciting role, you will require:_
- Bachelor's degree or similar in Finance Sector
- Several years of experience in finance/leasing sector
- Indepth process knowledge
- Good investigations and data analysis skills
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking
- Excellent German and English skills in speaking and in writing; further foreign languages would be an asset (Italian or French)
- Reliability, effectiveness and the ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and problemsolving ability
