YOUR TASKS

Support, manage and review the functional strategy and roadmap of migration and rollout projects
Define and drive global standardization of processes
Approve or reject process related Change Proposals and communicate decisions to their respective organizations
Nominate and ensure key user availability, effectiveness, commitment and compliance with the defined standards and processes
Propose solutions to business challenges and maximize the use of their capabilities
Monitor the effective process adaption at locations
Resolve process conflicts in between group, divisions and sites
Ensure related processes' business value delivery, compliance with company policies and their integration with other processes
Maintenance of business process documentation in English language

YOUR PROFILE

More than 5 year working experience in international automotive environment
Solid experience in SAP S/4 Hana (MM module / Purchasing and Procurement)
Process experience in direct Purchasing
Fluent German and English language skills
Project Management skills in global team
Communication and moderation skills in crossfunctional or international teams
Assertiveness and structured working style
