What you'll do

Summary:


We are looking for an Integration and Tooling Chief Cloud Architect with focus on integration and tooling for one of our strategic customer accounts.

With your excellent understanding of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and hyperscaler architecture, you will be leading the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition adoption of the customer.


The Role:
This is a customer facing role where you will:

  • Present in detail technical (focus on integration) and operational aspects of the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition.
  • Conduct discovery workshops with customer and IaaS partner.
  • Works as trusted integration and technical advisor representing SAP Enterprise Cloud Services in customer/partner/consulting discussions.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Architect & Advisor (CAA) to identify customer's future requirements.
  • Works as feedback channel for customer in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services providing improvement inputs to cross delivery units.
  • Works with cross delivery units to improve and adopt tooling to fulfill customer's requirements and drive DevOps adoption
  • Support delivery units in delivering customer services.
  • Collaborate with different teams from within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization and outside to ensure great customer satisfaction.
  • Support delivery teams to perform and drive root cause analysis to completion.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the team. As one of the most senior technology experts in the team, junior team members will see you as a rolemodel and look to you for guidance and support.

What you bring

15+ years of relevant experience:

  • Deep experience in technical planning, implementation and configuration of SAP and nonSAP solutions: solution landscape design, sizing, integration, network.
  • Excellent knowledge of integration technologies (Cloud Platform Integration, native MS Azure integration technologies, ) and the entire SAP technology stack: NetWeaver/ABAP stack, database, operating system (Linux, HANA, ASE) and connectors (SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Web Dispatcher, load balancing).
  • Excellent understanding of DevOps methodology, experience with leading DevOps teams.
  • Deep experience with cloud automation frameworks, infrastructure as a code, deployment frameworks,
  • Understands end to end business drivers for customers to be in cloud, translating it into technical requirements.
  • Ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements.
  • Strategical thinking and elaborating new technologies on a proactive, independent way.
