SWISS KRONOs key success factor is the continuous optimization and automation of supply chain management processes. This requires a deep knowledge of the integration of processes in production. The job holder has functional responsibility for the reporting of 2-3 plants. He will act as sparring partner for plant controllers.

Aufgaben

• Analysis of monthly results for 23 plants.
• Contribution to monthly / quarterly financial report
• Challenge integrity and plausibility of the planning of 23 plants. Reconcile with group strategy.
• Controlling of Capex projects (contribution to approval process and proof of realized profitability), cyclic monitoring on group level
• Action plan follow up
• Detect and pursue cost and revenue potentials
• User support (content focus) for reporting and planning tools during operation
• Special Focus and Group Function Support in one of the fields: Sales, Capex/ Production, Purchasing
• Ad hoc analysis in all business fields
• Execute process analysis

Qualifikation
years experience in industrial controlling

• Experience as Plant Controller, Regional Controller or comparable function in a producing entity/organization
• Generalistic controlling and finance experience (closing process) required

- international experience preferred

• SAP knowledge (R3 or S4, Fi&Co modules) is a must
• MS Office professional user with advanced Excel skills
• Basic understanding of ERP architecture and relations (master data / transactional data and process design)
• Knowledge in data analysis tools (SAP Business explorer or comparable)
• Degree in economics (Diplomkaufmann, Betriebswirt FH, Bachelor)
• Solid knowledge in IFRS or comparable accounting principles
• General technical understanding and interest for dependencies in the production process

- basic understanding of boolean logic (SQL or comparable)

• Experience as SAP Key user is a plus
• Reliable and committed
• Selfdriven motivation, selforganizing attitude
• Team player looking for solutions
• When neccessary, not afraid to take over responsibility or lead in project teams
• Open for other cultures and their approach to work
• Fluent in german and english, further languages are a plus
