Tasks

You are responsible for the project management and shape actively the change in a process and system world more and more digitalized
You also give advice during the digital transformation of business processes including proactive identification/further development and implementation of process logics and business models
You define and collect performance indicators across system boundaries with the goal of creating transparency as well as controlling and improving processes
You analyze organizational and process structures to optimize the performance
You are sparring partner for the departments regarding performance optimization

Qualifications:

Studies in economics, business informatics or comparable course of study
Several years of experience in service environment or consulting
Relevant experience in digitalization as well as in the field of cost and/or performance management
Ideally professional education/certification in business process management, project management etc.
Proven record of successful projects with regard to the optimization of complex processes
Experience in moderation and communication with different departments and hierarchy levels
Strong analytical mindset, excellent social and communication skills
Business fluent language skills in German and English
