International Application Specialist (f/m/x) Haemostasis


Location:

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)


Your responsibilities:


  • Planning, preparing, and performing alpha and beta testing of new software versions of haemostasis analysers in Sysmex Europe facilities and external sites
  • Contributing to new product developments based on customers' needs and required usability improvements
  • Running reports to determine recurring malfunctions and documenting resolutions
  • Providing installation and onsite support to our affiliates and distributors
  • Escalating product improvement requests to our headquarter in Japan

Your profile:


  • Education in medical laboratory technology or equivalent
  • Expert theoretical knowledge and practical experience of working with haemostasis testing in a lab
  • Good understanding of laboratory middleware is a MUST, knowledge of haemostasis work area manager as a big plus
  • Profound experience as a product trainer
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills
  • Ideally German speaking
  • Ability to convey complex information in a simplified and comprehensible way
  • Friendliness, accuracy and reliability, even in stressful situations
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 30%)
