How you will spend your time as our next BI Engineer:

This opportunity is responsible for organizing valid data for key stakeholders by reviewing assigned requests and extracting and manipulating data to build usable reports for departmental needs and business objectives.

In addition, you will work closely with business process experts and highly skilled colleagues to increase business insight and create value.

What you will do:

Create visualizations by translating requirements and finding innovative solutions to support the development of the groupwide enterprise Business Intelligence solution.
Create data models in QlikView and QlikSense, design dashboards for business users and develop reports to increase business knowhow and value.
Maintain report solution stack and work with continuous improvement of existing solution.
Take part in the technical development of the BI solution.

What we expect of you:

Proficiency in SQL and development in an analytics/data warehousing/big data environment.
Experience with programming and creating visualizations, building dashboards, and prototypes.
Knowledge of business needs and translating business requirements into solutions. Firsthand experience with business functions, e.g., supply and demand planning or controlling, is preferred.
Strong problemsolving capabilities and attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills in English
