At the Medical Hair Company, everything revolves around communication and marketing.

We plan, coordinate and analyse marketing campaigns, develop advertising concepts and content strategies, produce content and manage social media activities around the topic of medical tourism, especially in the field of hair transplantation.

Your challenge:


Working intensely with our in-house marketing and creative team, you will define the core brand and product communications strategy for German and English-speaking countries as well as the key brand-building milestones.

Passionate about the customer, you will drive the team to strong positioning based on deep customer insights.

You will lead the customer go-to-market strategy - working with the teams to translate insights into a series of cross-channel projects and campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and user acquisition growth.

You will guide a diverse team of creative and product marketing professionals, who will be responsible for implementing your vision.

Results-driven and KPI affine, you will use research and metrics as well as channel marketing manager feedback to continuously optimize your creative concepts and campaigns to deliver the brand and product strategy goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Champion the brand, define and bring to life the company's brand communications strategy with a focus on Germany and UK, both internally and externally.
  • Lead the product gotomarket strategy. Translate our hair treatment offers to our target customers, through product positioning and communication.
  • Systematically gain and effectively utilize target market insights to inform and drive your decisions. Develop a creative and key messaging funnel strategy based on clear strategic positioning and ensure its activation across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, public relations, content marketers, and designers to inspire creative execution and develop campaigns that are in line with the brand image, vision, and promise.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance, including tracking key metrics such as brand awareness and consideration
  • Defining the brand positioning and thinking strategically about the brand's functional and emotional benefits.

Your profile:


  • You have 68 years Brand or Product marketing experience (incl. at least 3 years in a leadership position), ideally gained in a consumer brand or a branding agency.
  • An outstanding communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills and topnotch storytelling.
  • You are confident in briefing, conducting, implementing and interpreting market research, user interviews and brand tracker research, campaign testing and offline performance measurement, in close collaboration with Analytics. You've had tangible experience uncovering deep customer and market knowledge that shapes planning and strategy.
  • Fluent in German and English.
