As a Rollout GPO (M/F/d), you are the driving force on our business team to bring our global salesforce template into the local markets.

In close collaboration with our global IT and Training & Change colleagues, you plan and execute the rollouts closely aligned with our regional stakeholders and the local entities.

You ensure that the processes designed globally, are implemented and lived locally as well as shortcomings of the global template are fed back into our process design backlog.

After successful rollout you are the single point of contact for a Knauf region entailing several entities across several business units.

You will help the markets to adopt OneCRM during the operations and feedback requirements from the markets to our global process design team.

What you'll do:

You roll out the global CRM processes into the local entities of the Knauf Group
You conduct process fitgap workshops and help the local business mitigate identified gaps
You consult the local entities at the interface to the global rollout and process design team how to transform their local processes and organizations
You feed back the requirements of the local markets into the global template design process
You continuously improve the integrated rollout approach and help delivering new processes
You ensure continued commercial excellence across a Knauf region

Who you are:

You know sales and services processes inside out and know how to implement global processes in a diverse noncentralized global corporation
You are an actionable goalgetter and enjoy working in crossfunctional teams
You are a strong communicator with the ability to pinpoint and optimize unknown processes and organizations
You have affinity for technology and are familiar with SAP systems and other IT solutions adjacent to the CRM landscape
MS Excel and Powerpoint are your tools of choice to be successful
