We are looking for a working student, in the 3 or 4 bachelor year, within our global Talent Acquisition Team to help shape recruiting strategies as well as foster engagement with our community.

We make real what matters. This is your role.

You support our consultants in the area of Talent Insights (external and internal data), Recruiter and Hiring Manager learning and upskilling initiative and Employee Referral Program.
You work with quantitative and qualitative data to identify and interpret external and internal talent acquisition trends in regards of performance and productivity, derive measures to lift talent acquisition to the next level and in order to prepare strategic decisions of our businesses. Therefore, you prepare easy digestible output with mainly Power BI and Excel.
You support the further development of our global employee referral program and work on governance material of current global initiatives.
You are a proactive member of our upskilling initiative for Recruiters and Hiring Managers and will adapt and maintain changes on our knowledge boards and community channels.
