We are looking for a dedicated Team Assistant (M/F/d) to complete our Central Hub team. As an international company, HUGO BOSS offers you an environment in which team spirit and respect are lived. What you can expect:

You support our Vice President Marketing & Communications in all administrative & planning activities, for example, you coordinate the processes, process the digital filing and invoice control, the marketing team meetings and 1stline sessions and are of course part of the 1st line
Your tasks include scheduling (calendar maintenance, preparation and followup of appointments) and the organization of conferences, the preparation and followup of meetings, including letter, meeting and debrief documents as well as travel preparation & followup including travel expense accounting according to specifications
You are responsible for the preparation and creation of presentations according to specifications and in consultation with the VP | 1st Line
You are in the lead for taking over marketingspecific tasks and for working on areaspecific projects at regional level in close cooperation with Global Marketing and Regional Sales, Retail, VM and PR | Talent & Influencer Marketing in particular

Your profile:

You have initial professional experience in the field of assistance, commercial training (e.g. advertising or office, industrial clerk or comparable jobspecific training) and an interest in brand marketing & communication
You are an absolute team player and have a high level of trustworthiness, resilience, loyalty, speed and integrity
You have a good command of written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
You have an interest in digital, social media, the entertainment and fashion industry in Central Europe & globally
You have a general business understanding and are still a storyteller marketing enthusiast
You are curious, show initiative and have a handson mentality
